Two to four genuinely optional items. Keep them strictly separate from Requirements so they don’t deter good applicants.
5.Compensation & Benefits

- {{Regional / OTR}} routes averaging {{X}} miles per week
- Physical loading and long periods of seated driving

Frequently asked questions
What are the requirements for a truck driver?
Commercial driving roles require a valid CDL of the right class, a clean motor-vehicle record, a current DOT medical card, and the ability to pass DOT drug screening. Familiarity with ELD devices and hours-of-service rules is expected.
What is the difference between CDL Class A and Class B?
A Class A CDL is required to drive combination vehicles (a tractor with a trailer) over a set weight; a Class B covers large single vehicles like box trucks and buses. State the class your role needs in the requirements section.
Should I mention home-time and pay structure?
Yes — these are the questions drivers care about most. Be specific about home-daily vs regional vs OTR, and whether pay is per mile, hourly, or salary, plus any detention or stop pay.
